My recent stay at Umaid Haveli Hotel was a delightful experience, albeit with a slight drawback. The hotel, situated away from the main city, offers a serene and tranquil ambiance. While this might be a concern for those who prefer to stay in the heart of the action, I found it to be a blessing in disguise. The location's distance from the city center is compensated by nearby attractions such as the local zoo and the elephant village, providing spontaneous and enjoyable excursions. Additionally, the proximity of relevant forts, though requiring a taxi ride, makes exploring historical sites convenient. For travellers who value peaceful surroundings and don't mind a short commute to city attractions, Umaid Haveli Hotel is a win. The breakfast buffet was not great and needs a definite rethink. In particular, the aloo parathas were cold and dead.

Overall very good place to stay

Watch their toilet rolls as some of them had muck/Poo at the end of the roll.

Every thing was good. Only the rooms didn't have proper ventilation.

Excellent overall, great for young kids and families. Food was good too. Will be back for sure

Staff should be more proactive with the needs of large groups and basic stuff such as having towels in each room and extra sheets and blankets for the number of people booked.

Room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast (local cuisine) was delicious and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating

The spa confirmed our appts for the following day and then called us 2 hours later to tell us they were closed the following day :/

The property is very nearby to the major sightseeing places like Amber Fort, Jal Mahal, Jai Garh Fort, and Nahargarh ZOO. The staff was very helpful and the property was very nice it was like a 5-star heritage hotel. It was very clean and well Maintained. The Food quality was very good and the breakfast layout was superb. The city is bit far almost 30 Kms. Do visit the Amber Vatika which is 50 km from the property. The swimming pool was very good and you can have a glimpse of lovely mountains from there. Avoid the pool during winters because it's freezing.

It's a bit far from the main city that's the only catch. The hotel is also a bit expensive.

We hired a tempo traveller through the hotel. The driver was reluctant to show us around. Bakery options are very limited. Far from airport and from areas of interest.

Rooms were nice and breakfast buffet was very good

the rooms as well as the bathroom were very clean & well maintained. the food was hygienic & delicious. the staff at reception, the restaurant & the room service were very courteous & fast at service. the prices for all in-house services like food, airport transfers were very reasonable! the property is kids friendly

the buffet breakfast was very poorly managed & was very chaotic! there was no supervisor to oversee the restaurant arrangements during breakfast time. one of night during our stay, the ambiance was very noisy because of an ongoing wedding party at the lawns. the property is situated amidst institutional area & doesn't give you a feeling like a resort

Beautiful heritage building and is well maintained. It's very clean and the staff are very attentive and helpful. Check in and check out were quick n hassle free. WiFi connection was good.

Very little space in front of the building and no accommodation for the car driver. The TV in the room did not work.

food was excellent. its quite place , go with your family or your partner, you will have good time. staff was very humble and room were clean and big. roof top bar and dining area all were excellent. view from roof top was sensational.
